This is an apartment that is best suited for 4 to 5 keen skiers on a budget. It cannot be described as luxury but it is very convenient. The location is perfect; just minutes away from the  ski lifts at Grands Montets in Argentire, arguably Europe’s best ski area.

The apartment is on 2 levels and sleeps up to 5 people. There is a separate shower and toilet, with the latter on the ground floor and the shower on the upper level. Outside you have the brook to lull you to sleep or all the conveniences of the Argentiere’s night life and shopping only minutes walk away.

Your rate includes accommodation from Saturday to Saturday, all linen and towels for 5 persons, and all hot water and electricity. The final cleaning is also included in your weekly rental. There is an agency on hand to help you with any problems regarding the apartment.

You will have to pay a damage caution of Euro 500 against any unlikely damages. You may make this deposit by credit card if you prefer. The credit card will not be debited, only verified and no debit will be made unless you have created damage to the apartment.

Normal Terms and conditions. 
Normal weeks may be cancelled, at a 10% service charge up to 40 days prior to arrival. Thirty days will carry a 20% service charge and less than 10 days a full payment will be taken unless we can re sell the unit on your behalf.

As these are the busiest ski weeks of the year, this apartment is offered on a firm sale only. No refunds will be given once you receive your confirmation. You are required to secure this apartment with a credit card. However you will have a 48 hour "cooling off" period where you can change your mind with no strings attached. Once that period passes and you have had your credit card debited, there will be a strict, NO REFUND policy in place. Should you decide to cancel after that date at any time, we will endeavor to sell the apartment on your behalf. If we are successful we will charge you a 25% fee.
