How to get to Les Arcs

BY ROAD
The roads which were built for the Olympics make access to Bourg Saint Maurice very easy : motorway to Albertville, dual carriageway to Moûtiers then the RN 90 to Bourg Saint Maurice. A wide mountain road leads up to Les Arcs. The streets of the high-altitude resorts are closed to motor traffic.
 

BY TRAIN
TGV high-speed trains connect Paris directly to Bourg Saint Maurice in 4 hours 40 minutes, departing Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
 

During the French school holidays at Christmas and in February TGV run daily.
 

Through sleepers run from various cities in France and from Brussels, Dortmund, The Hague and Calais.
