LES MENUIRES at 1850 Meters is part of the famous Three Valleys ski area
that makes up some of the world's finest skiing and winter sports
terrain. As we have said in other stiries covering the Three Valleys area
the skiing is super convenient from your accommodation and great for all
standards.

Les Menuires offers a snow park for snowboarders and for
exploring there are board teachers and guides available. The resort is
just below the towering village of Val Thorens, entirely
purpose built and besides a great array of all terrain
skiing, offers a very good apres ski including nightlife,
restaurants and the like. Prices here are often billed as
more favorable than some of the other resorts in the Three
Valleys, but, like beauty, prices are in the eye of the
beholder. |

Like a phoenix rising from the ashes, Les menuires is
becoming one of the most sought after destinations in
the Alps. A huge amount of money has been
spent on lift and resort infra-structure, and although
it will never be a "pretty" resort, Les Menuires offers
fantastic skiing and one of the largest multi-sports
complexes in Europe.
