From Chambéry continue to Albertville on the A 43 motorway, or
from Annecy on the main road (N212). Join the RN 90 and follow the signs
for Moûtiers. Exit at N° 37 ( or N° 36 if the traffic is
heavy and follow the signs for La Léchère)

By rail
The TGV (high speed trains) arrive directly at Moûtiers during the
winter season. There is a shuttle service which links the resort with
the station and leaves from the bus station next door. There is also a
taxi rank outside the station. Direct trains from Paris (41/2hrs) or
from Lille, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Germany, Belgium and the UK (Eurostar
service - weekends only). |
